By accessing and using EASYPREP.AI or CFA.EASYPREP.AI ("the Platform"), operated by Zeptun Intelligence Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

EASYPREP.AI or CFA.EASYPREP.AI is an online CFA Level 1 exam preparation platform that provides:

• Practice questions and mock exams
• AI-powered study planning and analytics
• Performance tracking and progress monitoring
• Educational content and study materials
• User account management and subscription services

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

The Platform offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals
• Cancel your subscription in accordance with our cancellation policy

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

Payment Methods and Restrictions

WeChat Pay

WeChat Pay is available for users in mainland China and Hong Kong.

• Only available for users with verified WeChat accounts
• Transactions are processed in Chinese Yuan (CNY)
• Subject to WeChat Pay's terms of service and restrictions
• May not be available for all subscription plans
• International users may not have access to WeChat Pay

Alipay

Alipay is available for users in mainland China and Hong Kong.

• Only available for users with verified Alipay accounts
• Transactions are processed in Chinese Yuan (CNY)
• Subject to Alipay's terms of service and restrictions
• May not be available for all subscription plans
• International users may not have access to Alipay

General Payment Restrictions

• All payments are processed through Stripe and subject to their terms of service
• Payment method availability may vary by region and user location
• We reserve the right to refuse or limit payment methods at our discretion
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Currency conversion fees may apply for international transactions
• All transactions are final once processed

Refund Policy for Different Payment Methods

Refund processing may vary by payment method:

• Credit card refunds are processed back to the original card and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
• WeChat Pay refunds are processed back to the user's WeChat wallet and typically appear within 24-48 hours.
• Alipay refunds are processed back to the user's Alipay account and typically appear within 24-48 hours.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other user accounts
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, software, and design, are owned by Zeptun Intelligence Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, and Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That defects will be corrected
• That the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components
• That your use of the Platform will result in exam success

AI-Generated Content

Some of our question bank content, including practice questions and explanations, is generated by AI models such as Gemini-2.5-pro, DeepSeek-V1/R1, and Llama-3.x. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or may not always be suitable for all learning contexts. Users should verify information independently and consult official CFA materials when in doubt.

AI Recommendations

Our study planning recommendations, topic prioritization, and learning suggestions are powered by AI algorithms. These recommendations are based on general patterns and may not be optimal for every individual's learning style, schedule, or specific circumstances. Users should use these recommendations as guidance only and adjust their study plans according to their personal needs and preferences.

Exam Success Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that users will pass the CFA Level 1 exam on their first attempt or at all. Exam success depends on various factors including but not limited to individual study habits, prior knowledge, time commitment, and exam performance on the day. Our platform is designed to support your preparation, but ultimate success is the responsibility of the individual candidate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
